I ordered a gazebo on March 23rd to be delivered on April 2nd. It wasn’t delivered. I was told that a replacement would be delivered on April 10th. It wasn’t. After hours of wasted time Woot’s response was Sorry and there’s nothing we can do.
Honestly, crap happens, but I am sure someone will make it right. Keep trying. Are they saying it was delivered? The services (UPS, USPS, etc.) have been doing a piss poor job lately. I had seeds sent half way around the world because they could not comprehend the name of my city. Autocorrect somewhere along the line kept thinking it was MUNICH.
Hi there. So here’s what’s going on…
This is Amazon inventory that is shipped by Amazon from an Amazon warehouse. For some reason, they don’t want to ship this item to you.
A replacement was requested on 4/3 but no better luck with that one despite resubmitting the order multiple times.
I’m asking Woot customer service what we should do. It’s highly likely that we’ll have to refund since we can’t get Amazon to ship it.
Thank you for addressing. You’ve done more than anyone. They don’t want to ship it to me?!? Why are they discriminating?
I dunno. They do this with big items sometimes. I’ve heard that sometimes it’s because they can only ship x truckloads out of the warehouses that handles oversize items or that they don’t think they can get it to that location.
It seriously stumps us too.
They refused to deliver tge item twice.
