I’d get this if it included wall mounting hardware.
Subwoofer powers up but sound bar was dead on arrival. Will not power on
Yikes. Very sorry! Please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Yeah. Same thing here. Sound bar didn’t power up but the sub did. Too bad- I was looking forward to using this. I submitted an email to Customer Care. Hopefully they just take it back- it seems like the batch they bought from Samsung is a bad one.
Oh, and I think there WERE brackets for the sound bar included.
