The difference is mainly that the listing on Amazon is for sales at several price / condition levels and backed by Amazon but returns TERMS are controlled by the individual Marketplace Sellers. This is is WOOT! sale and WOOT! almost always has a no cost / no quibble return available, as well as the same warranty as you get at Amazon Marketplace

I’ve always been nervous to purchase a renewed phone, but hearing that about WOOT makes it seem a lot less risky.
