Walmart Vid Review

I bought two of the older Shark NV22 Navigator refurbs from here and hands-down they are the best vacuums I’ve ever had.

Easy to clean, easy to maintain and they suck hard. What’s not to like?

Thanks! In for one!

Absolutely the best cordless vacuum I’ve gotten from here. Decent run time; multi-speed; rapid recharge; and it CLEANS!

Kiss Dyson good-bye!

Looks like it’s got a 30 foot cord to me…

Is this the Professional model or not? The video is for the professional.
Some sites say only the professional comes with the floor attachment and large capacity dust bin.

Yes, NV355 is specifically “Professional”. If you look at other sites, say, Amazon or Walmart, it’s in item title. Also the description here already mentions bare floor attachment. Not sure about larger dust bin, though.

I lost this vacuum in the non-divorce, but I did really appreciate it. It cleaned extraordinarily well. You should have seen the amount it picked up from a brand new carpet. My only complaint is the lift-away feature makes the vacuum bulkier and heavier than the non-lift-away version and I found it was more of a hassle to lift-away than the benefit it provided.

My extended family has three of the NV-22s and we absolutely love them, agreeing 100%. Might order one even though we aren’t in need at the moment.

Throw in the appliance wand and I would be in for one.

Well my Shark just arrived. The specs said “Includes a Professional Dust-Away bare floor tool and washable microfiber pad”.

Mine didn’t come with anything but the crevice tool and pet hair brush.

I’ve written woot support and am awaiting an answer.

Anyone get the bare floor tool with their vacuum?

I did not get the dust away floor tool and that isn’t the worst of it. My extention wand will not lock in so whenever you pull back on the handle it comes apart.

I’ll be asking to return this.

Initially I had the same problem with the extension wand not locking. After several attempts, it finally clicked in and would not come apart while vacuuming.

I don’t know what I did differently to make it work.

Well I received my vacuum today and I as well did not get the bare floor tool. This is the only reason i order this. I looked on ebay and the tool itself sells for $25. without micropad.

I sent woot an msg asking to resolve. i hope they do or i will never be looking here again.!!!

We opened ours today, and we also did not get the “Dust-Away bare floor tool”. The description when we bought it clearly said it was included. That was one of the reasons we got it; it makes this vacuum useful for carpet and hard surfaces. Has anyone heard back from woot! yet?

i complained to woot about the missing tool. they were very good about it and offered me a full refund or $20 cash back. I took the $20 because it is too much hassle sending it back. so I got a pretty nice vacuum for $80
