I received 2days ago. It only runs 10 mins on hardwood and normal mode. It is like new. I reached out CS for refund and they need photos of defect. How can i show then thru photos that tells us why it is running @10 mins?

Is this the vacuum stick with the bucket or just the stick alone? The item verbiage and description are a bit confusing.
