I purchased a TV from Woot a month ago cause it was a really good deal. It all gets charged to my bank account and a few days later the tracking information got generated and said the estimated delivery was 8/26 but that it would take a few days for the tracking info to show up on the shippers site.
Wait about a week and still no tracking information. I confirm with customer service that it’s the correct tracking information and I should call the shipper. I speak to the shipper and try five different searches for the package and they say they never received the package so it’s not in their system.
I’ve been trying for two weeks to get some assistance but have not gotten much help. A week ago Woot said they had sent my order to the escalation team (after mentioning how frustrated I am) and I should expect to be contacted in one to two business days. It’s now been over a calendar week and I haven’t heard anything.
I’m a super patient person but wrestling with customer service on this has been terrible and there are no actual people to call. At this point i need information or a refund. Has anyone else had this happen and if so what steps did you take to either get it addressed or get a refund on the item you never received?
