Shipment Delay Information

I placed an order just over 2 weeks ago (11/14) and the “Stuff You Bought” tab still shows that it is “Preparing for Shipment”.

The initial delivery date was a week later (11/21), and after speaking to CS, I got a new delivery date, which has since come and gone (11/29).

I reached out to CS again to see what was going on and all they could tell me was that the shipment was delayed (which I had already pieced together for myself). Hoping this catches the attention of the wonderful @ThunderThighs, and that they might be able to shed some light on what the heck is going on? Is the problem on the Woot side or the seller (which in this case I believe is Amazon)? Can I still expect this order to be fulfilled? If so, when? Thanks!

Soooooooooooooo, this is an “interesting” case. These are shipped by Amazon and we’ve been researching why these TVs were not being shipped. Some orders have even been canceled yet they’re in stock.

Turns out… the ONE and ONLY warehouse that ships out those TVs is overwhelmed with orders and can’t get them shipped out. At least that’s what it sounded like in the email.

All we can do right now is watch the orders and if they miss their expected date, we cancel the order. It’s not a good solution by any means at all but our hands are kinda tied.

I’d say that if you’re tired of waiting, you ask CSs to cancel/refund your order so we’re not holding your funds any longer than necessary. There’s a slim possibility it will ship in the next 10-14 days but we don’t know for sure.
