They made it right! Woot’s customer service has always been so much better to me than their parent company. I just wish they can figure out what’s going on with some of their shirts. It seems like the ones with a rough / pebbly surface have issues. All my other ones have been great.
Like the Heather ones? I love the feel of the Heather ones, but I’ve stopped buying their shirts because heather or not, my graphics have started to flake off, even though I’m careful to wash inside out and dry on low. It’s a real bummer because I love a lot of their shirts, but it’s not worth the energy and cost to chance it that the graphic might stay on. They’ve had a printing problem for almost two years. I wonder if they changed manufacturing… They used to hold up great. My husband has some Woot shirts from ten years ago that still look great.
Sorry, not the actual shirt type. The print itself. Some are smooth and some are almost textured. The textured prints are the shirts that appear to peel.
I bought two shirts recently and they’re not exactly peeling but when they were printed there’s white lines where the ink did not still in the design. Also when I commented on the Forum someone from here said to contact her about not getting the 40% off but I cannot find that message and my shirt order was on a different user and I can’t log into that I only have a couple things that I had ordered on there by mistake. Woot keeps kicking me off and telling me ylto get the app i already have it🤦♀️
I tried to get a better shot. This new one with the bunny has the thicker print, which seems to peel. But the one with the cat has a thin print and has been through the wash countless times with no issue. It’s sort of random which type you get.

Peeling all over - noticed today 2-10-2024
This is one of a half dozen thats peeling. Others still look brand new. I wash and dry them all the same (inside out, gentle cycle, warm wash cold rinse, hang to dry).
Shirts have a 90-day warranty so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Kinda sad as noticing well past return dates how many of my woot shirts are peeling. I don’t wear my woot tshirts often. I mean for $10 I’m not expecting a lot and really the reason I’ll stop buying is because I’m not a fan of the T-shirt fit and material and the color options. It’s all a bit meh. Shame cos the graphics are fun but if thyre poorly printed on a meh color fabric T-shirt then they’re Ts just filing up precious drawer space.

Welp, I bought a replacement in the $9 sale. Ink seems a little thick/crusty. Will likely know after the first wash if it will happen again. Best believe I will ask for a refund at the sign of the first flecks.
another one bites the dust, 4th of july edition. i think this is year 3 and i noticed that it’s started to peel. not unwearable (yet) but still, disappointing.
