You sold these without mentioning it didn’t come with the power cord, etc. int the sales data? Really?

Mine arrived TODAY w/o a power line cord or foot pedal, and it may be that was intentional by the factory refurbishing!
It’s not mentioned as either included - nor excluded - in the specs!
Where’s the WOOT deal in all this? It’s $79.99 (plus 5 shipping) and investigation shows that to replace the missing power line cord and foot pedal will cost me over $65 with shipping which brings the total cost over $130 - the price if I had purchased it outright from your parent company, Amazon (w/ FREE shipping as Prime member)!
And I bought two of these and had ship the other to another state!
So I cry foul, and FAIL. Misleading, and expensively so. What does the factory say about this, and what are you going to do about it? See my case number CAS-351475-X1C3N6.

Yikes, it definitely should have been included. It might be faster to contact Singer directly to see if they’ll send them to you. We don’t have the parts and would have to do a whole RMA thing.
I just opened mine. The power cord and foot pedal were included. All other accessories are missing though. Their customer service closed at 4:00 CST so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to call them. Frustrating.
Update: I called today and spoke with customer service. They were so helpful and will send the missing accessories!
Does anyone have the DVD that cam with this and can provide a copy? I lost mine during a move last fall.
If you’re unable to find someone to help you, you might try to contact Singer Customer Support and see if they can replace the DVD.
If all else fails, write into support@woot.com and let them know.
