Sure you can. I have a USB to 3DS cable I use to charge mine.
If it has USB port in it to plug in a charger you can get a USB charger for a 3DS.
I suspect that thee will be lots of deals on backpacks, since we probably won’t be allowed to carry them at public events soon.
