I purchased this piece of junk. After a few weeks of use the battery will not charge more than 35%. The charging interface is a joke. You have to line up the fragile cradle perfectly and then adjust the band that holds it together.
Update, the band that holds the charging cradle to the Go snapped off while it was charging. It will not charge anymore. Poorly designed garbage.
Stay away.
This is junk, within a week of purchasing it started freaking out, throwing numbers on the screen, resetting itself, vibrating whenever it felt, and eventually died within that first week. After two weeks I tried charging it again, it turned on, I reset it all, within two days it started all the same BS again and died. Don’t waste your time and money on this.
Loved the style and function. Bought 2 but after 3 months the battery stopped charging. Would not recommend. Will cost 13 bucks each for service without parts, not worth it.
I love my go I bought on woot probably 6 months ago. At 68 I find it easy to operate. I find the charge to hold for a long time at least a week usually longer. I wear in the water because that is where I exercise. I start the exercise mode before I get in and after I am dry turn off, I do not push buttons in h20 or wear in hot tub. I feel I can gamble with it here because of the low price and because I bought one for my big boned husband and it is too small for his wrist. If mine quits operating I have his.
Bad experience with this watch. Software is poor. Battery life is poor. Customer service never gets back to you. The band breaks easily and is a $30+ for repair part if you can even get in touch with customer support.
