I ordered these but received the lower quality Sony WH-CH720N headphones. Has this happened to anyone else? I am attempting to return and waiting for a response from customer support.
Yep, just received my order for these and they sent me the WH-CH720N instead of the WH1000XM4. super disappointed since the WH-CH720N at most cost $149.99 on Sony’s own website. I paid more money and got a product that was worth less than what I was originally was supposed to get. The paper inside the package also says WH-1000XM4 and thats not what I got. The sticker on the box is also wrong on what the product is.
