Spoke with Mohammed M via reply to my initial inquiry on May 25. I replied with all of the information requested again on May 31. Hadn’t heard anything so reached out again on June 5. And then again on June 6, I sent another message before giving up. 
I was trying to get it fixed for giveaway Notifications… And I don’t get any emails at the email address I had provided, so I know it’s not fixed.

Just in case it has been changed, could you try forgot my password on Login with Woot with your new email address? Then Login with Woot sing that email/password. That’s the final step.

Question for other Woot! Shirt enthusiasts.
Every single Woot Shirt I’ve bought (which admittedly when they’re having a good sale because of this) in the last few years has had the design start dissolving after a few washes. I’m washing on cold water on a gentle cycle and have no idea what to do.
Have I just been unlucky? Are the sale shirts shits that are more susceptible to this? Is there something wrong I’m doing?
I have had a few vintage Shirt! Woot designs that have lasted years, so I don’t know what’s changed.

Just to clarify further: If I check out with two items in my cart that total over $25, that counts? The wording seems to say so, but I’ve been burned by fine print too many times.

unfortunately it can be hit or miss. in my experience the ones that are gonna peel (*usually but not always) start doing so pretty quickly, so I can get a replacement. i do have some older ones that i’m just sol on. i wash inside out but otherwise no special treatment compared to similar material.
there’s a long running thread of people lamenting about this, however, in the hopes that the printing process can be improved. what keeps me buying is that i mostly have good luck and if purchased on sale the price makes it worth the gamble and i like that a percentage goes to the artist: Shirt peeling?

I received 2 calls today. I’m returning the call now… on my 5th attempt. The calls keep hanging up after a few minutes… last one lasted 5.5 minutes and dropped and now this one dropped at 4.5 minutes. not sure why it keeps dropping… I hear the funny work from home message and then it starts playing music, but then the music stops and a few seconds later, the call will drop. I tried five times hopefully somebody will call me back tomorrow and this time maybe it will wake me up and I will be able to answer.
