What are your spoiler free thoughts on Jack Ryan. I’ve always seen it on the list, but never dove in. And I need a new show to watch.
Right now im binging ru pauls drage race (yes all seasons and all spin offs) and tulsa king
It kept my interest without getting too crazy. Kept up with the amount of action but also built connections with the characters. I liked John as Jack Ryan. It felt like the right amount of seasons without extending it beyond its natural progression.

One other show I just watched was “Ripley” on Netflix. It’s a 8-part limited series based off the book, The Talented Mr. Ripley. There’s also a movie from the 90’s starring Matt Damon, Jude Law, Gweneth Paltrow which was great. The show was awesome. It’s in black and white, but the cinematography and the tone make it better in black and white. Without spoiling it, the base premise is a man from New York is tasked to bring a man living in Italy back to New York. You then go from there…
10/10 one of the best shows of the year. Let me know if you’ve seen it!

Just finished watching The Penguin. Whoa. No redeeming qualities to most of the characters. Great show.
And SPOILER… I’d forgotten that Sofia was half sister to Selina. I believe (after reading an article earlier) they are setting her up to be The Huntress in future The Batman movies.

Restarting the Ghosts tv show to see what early season eps I’ve missed.
1/2 way through limited series The Jackal. Great acting; kinda slow paced for a 6 episode show.
Random holiday baking shows on in the background while working.
Tried Palm Royale but gave up. Unsure if will finish.
Waiting to finish Outlander and Only Murders in the Building.

I stumbled on “You Can’t ask That” on Netflix yesterday. Sat for hours watching the entire first season. what a fantastic show!
