I received the unit, but the Usb charger does not fit and has an angled connector. Fortunately I also ordered the TORRAS COOLIFY 2 4k mAh Personal Air Conditioner Neck Fan (woot.com) and have received it which has the correct charger connection. Perhaps WOOT will send me the correct usb charger for this unit?

OK, we will see what happens. This offering had a strange history as I had to order the other unit at the start because his one was sold out, but later on this unit became available again and the other item was sold out? I suppose because the vendor is Canadian? I am a retired 88 year old USAF veteran in North Texas and I have optimistic hopes for these units as I encounter doble digit heat here in the summer and in the winter I am subject to shivering in the Cold, so I have high expectations for both my units. Not that I am complaining.

Are you unable to establish a better relationship with Torras so that we do not have so much trouble with the warranty?

Beginning to wonder is this is not yet another Woot scam?
Perhaps whoever Torras has in charge of our warranty coverage be terminated and replaced by someone competent?
Perhaps the problem is that I think the vendor is Canadian and their Provencial French cannot quite cope with our technological English?

Well, no. A vendor wouldn’t be able to access your Woot account. They’re a separate company.

You may need to reach out to Woot’s customer service and explain your issue. This is a public forum, but not customer service.

I didn’t see any pictures of the charging port, but most likely it is USB type A. Micro USB is still used sometimes, and USB-C is the new standard for devices within the last few years.

Customer service was helpful for me but it appears our warranty is invalid as Torras only deals with Amazon and not WOOT?

I’ll check on this with our vendor that works with TORRAS, so sorry for the issue!

Sorry that I am the one who encountered this but hopefully you can resolve the problem with TORRAS because after all WOOT is really AMAZON! Why would Torras send me a trapezoid one?
