Trying to Return Item & Not Receiving Return Label [RESOLVED]

Long story short, I’ve been messaging with customer service for exactly 1 week trying to return an iPad.
I received an initial email from them. I’ve replied and still no return label; last correspondence from them was Thursday.

Any escalation options? This is a much different return process than a typical Amazon Prime return.
