Customer service response time

I’m trying to initiate a return but the product Im trying to return has a lithium ion battery. No defects but I bought it as a gift that turns out to no longer be needed

It has been over 48 hours since I reached out to CS via an online request and no reply. I also tried emailing directly at support@woot.com and calling but no answer. After reviewing this forum it seems they are catching up which I understand. Trying to be patient but just trying to get an idea of how long a response may take or what others experience has been over this last week or two. Thanks all.

It’s possible it’ll take longer than 48 hours, but in the meantime did you check your spam folders? And they’ll reply to the email address listed in your Woot account. If that’s different from the one you used for Amazon then you’ll want to check there. And make sure you email from the account that made the purchase for verification.

Sorry about the wait. I understand how frustrating that is. Also, the return label will be sent by UPS, so you’ll want to watch for that too.

Was wondering if I could ask one question
Assuming I do get the return label and I’m able to return, Am I responsible for any return shipping costs? I have prime so I didn’t pay for any shipping originally but when I was reviewing the return policy this part was a little bit confusing to me. Thank you again.

I’ve always been told that as long as you don’t abuse their return policy they don’t charge for return shipping. I really don’t work here, so that’s not a promise. But I can tell you they’ve never charged me for a return and I’ve had to do a few over the years.
