Have not received return label

Hello,

I have sent an e-mail to Woot Support regarding an item I want to return that has Lithium-Ion batteries. It has been almost 2 weeks without a response from support. I have sent 2 emails already and I have yet to receive a return label. What is going on?

Also, be sure to check your spam filter and make sure the email address you’ve been checking matches the one on your Woot account. Those are common issues when people don’t seem to be receiving emails from Woot.

Hi there. CS has replied twice asking for the reason for the return - May 15, 2021 10:14 PM and May 21, 2021 10:33 PM

As @peaceetc noted above, check your spam/junk folders.

Also, the email goes to your Woot! email address, not your Amazon email address if different/used.

I can see their emails, but I have already responded to them twice regarding what the issue with the item is and I get no response. I have already checked my spam and filters and that is not the issue.

They do not have any replies from you unless you’re using a different email address. Could you reply to them using the email address on your Woot! account, pls.
