Watch Out!!! Picture shows “Bowls”. Today I received a set of “Canisters”. Tall and narrow. I wanted bowls. Open and flat. I’ll see what c/s does to remedy my situation.
I also received canasters not bowls. Very disappointed. Waiting for the email response from Woot. I also called but was hung up on twice.
I received canisters that i dont want, i want the bowls. Can we return or get a refund.

Is there a place where we could re-sell what we’ve bought that someone else may have really wanted to give them a chance to buy it for the same price? Maybe an option to cut back on returns and make some dreams come true.
That would be something you’d have to do on your own. We can’t facilitate it. Customer data and all. Like the idea though.
Same problem here. Contacted CS, but I suspect the bowls will not be available. It’s a little angry-fying.
I received containers that i have zero use for as well…bowls I can use, these are not bowls. 
I want my bowls. Waiting on a reply from customer service.
I also received canisters. I contacted CS but no reply yet. The canisters are cool but not what I ordered. I wanted bowls because my Tupperware bowls have lost some pieces along the way. I actually ordered one set, then talked to hubby, and ordered a 2nd set for DD later. My 2nd set just shipped and I’m wondering if it will be canisters or bowls.

Just heard back late today that this will affect all orders. The UPC on the outside of the canister was incorrect (or something like that). CS will be reaching out soon, most likely tomorrow.
Good to know. I ordered 2 sets and yep, both were the canisters. Pretty canisters! But I need bowls. I’m anxiously awaiting their email.
I also received a canister set today & not the bowls that I ordered. I can’t use canisters so I sent an email to woot to see how to return them. They did the same thing a few months ago with a Ninja grill. Sent one without a meat sensor when the ad specified a sensor was included. Since I have never used the sensor in my microwave I figured I wouldn’t use on in the grill either so I took the credit & kept the grill. But I just can’t use canisters at all. Let’s see if they will take the return.

Yep. Same thing with me. I got the tall canisters instead of the containers. I sent a message to CS from my “orders” page.
I recieved the canister set as well. These look like something you would put cereal or flour in. I have no use for these as well. Come on Woot. Make this right for all of us
Also got a canister set instead of bowls. Interestingly, I got 3 canisters and 4 lids! Waiting on response from Woot regarding return vs replacement.
