Unable to elicit a response from artistsupport@woot.com

I have 37 designs in the catalog.

Deposits used to be quite regular until a year or two ago. I haven’t recieved any deposits for a long time now.

I’ve emailed various emails with no responses.

I can’t speak for Artist Support, but it’s possible that you haven’t reached the sales threshold for payout in a while. If your designs don’t sell a certain amount during a month’s period, they hold it until you reach the amount. I don’t recall what that amount is, unfortunately, but one of the moderators might be able to clear that up.

That’s reasonable and I’ve considered that.

A few years ago, hackers? had changed my payout address at DBH and I didnt catch it for over an year. Never recovered my payouts. Just doing my due diligence.

You just emailed artist support the other day, I’m the one person that answers it, and it’s in the queue to be answered.

My email was sent Sept 28.

It sounds like you have alot of emails to answer. That can be a grind. I appreciate your response.

EDIT: Going back through deposit records, the last deposit seems to have been 9/2021.
