I can’t seem to get the 10% discount to work. I am half tempted to see if Mom has the same problem. Sigh. I may just order and have the customer service folk sort it out. Anyone out there in the same boat?
Hi there - I’m seeing it on my end. Did you check the subtotal on the final checkout screen? The discount should be seen there. It may be listed as a "Prime discount " - even if you’re not a Prime member. It’s a bug we encounter.
Hi all. While @lioncow wakes up the devs, yes you can order, we’ll look up orders that need partial refunds once it’s fixed. Remember it’s 10% off on the APP TO A $20 max.
I would be more inclined to use the App if every time I used it on my iPad it did not switch into vertical mode instead of landscape. Until that is addressed, I’ll continue to use landscape mode on the woot.com page. Annoying!
Thanks for your patience everyone! It should be fixed now, but let me or TT know if you see any other issues. As for the partial refunds, I’ll work with CS to get those sent out to people affected by them - you may not see the partial refunds until Mondayish since it’s the weekend and people will be off. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you guys for pointing out the error!
Looked just now, not seeing any discount and I can’t get the app to not show me $6.00 shipping when I have prime. Works on the website, yes I’m on the final “place order” screen
