I FIXED IT!!

Waited a week and it never set. Put it back in a pot, reduced, added another cup of sugar (cause why not), and now it tastes better and seems to be the right consistency. I also just picked another gallon of black muscadines and put in the freezer. Happy day.

We usually end up with several volunteer plants. Not a single one this year. Eating good tomatoes, but won’t be canning this year. So Sad!

Not much new growing since frost and cold has stopped growth of most things. Rosemary, thyme, and other hearty herbs doing fine.
