When's the last time you had legitimate fun at your job?
During the Woot Fun House.
Haven’t you heard of not mixing business with pleasure?
I had some fun with my last job managing a small store years ago, pretty much could do what I wanted as long as people weren’t waiting to be served.
I love my job during the summer. I work security at a large marina. From April 1- December 1 I work M-F 8-4. During the winter the job sucks. I have to work Saturday and Sunday Midnight til noon
Every day. Owning the place makes it easy, but… I’m the kinda guy who can have fun at a funeral
well, maybe not a funeral, but I will be enjoying the hell out of Armageddon
Fun!.. Job!..
First I need a job!
What job?
I work at a nursing home, so it depends on your definition of fun. There have been some good musical performances lately.
Possibly April 12, 2018. Since then Patient care cycle times are in minute increments. Welcome to corporate medicine. Where patient satisfaction is measured with goal of maximizing it, but worker satisfaction is not even given any thought (unless I advocate). Where burnout is mention and then literally… no discussion. My predecessor, literally said, “It’s not fun anymore.” Haunting words this day.
Fun? At work? Well… since I have been unemployed since October…
- “Git-R-Done!” And then get onto “Git-R-Fun!”
I generally can have fun at any job I do. I love life mostly and it shows. The mostly caveat is because sometimes the fun is sucked out of anything. I am looking for work again but I am dragging my feet for health reasons but I don’t have a lot of give so I need to do something soon.
Then i guess you’ve never been to an Irish funeral.
Christmas party every year.
Does starting the perfect rumor count?
