Can you pick up items you purchased instead of them being shipped? or can you request next day delivery?
No.
Some items have expedited shipping options.

Note that expedited shipping is just shipping speed. It doesn’t speed up the processing (getting it ready to ship).

It varies. Only items shipping from Amazon have the option. Amazon can ship fast and sometimes it can take a couple days.
