?Champayne"? That’s a web site as far as I can tell, but is that a mistype, or is there some cloned champagne or champagne substitute called “Champayne”? Is it like drinking “malk” instead of milk?
What’s the scoop on these… don’t need a 21yo recipient for these? I can totally picture an 18yo with a credit card, buying 3 of these and trying to get (illegally) get drunk off of these
FINALLY, WHAT’S THE SHELF LIFE OF THESE CHOCOLATES? Does encapsulating the wine in chocolates allow both of them to stay fresh at room temperature for at least 6 months?
.
between keeping some of these for myself for wonderful consumption (if I’m feeling a 'lil gutsy, i’ll sneak 'em in with me to work) and stashign them away as something to bring to a fancy party in case of emergencies (no tiem to buy anythihg else), I can guess things will go moreso to the former.
Prices seem to be inline with Godiva. Godiva’s 36 pc box is $42.00 (don’t know the shipping). These sound like small boxes, but you’re getting four of them.

My guess is that’s just verbiage from the ‘stock’ wine site. If Utah can order, I’m guessing these aren’t considered ‘alcohol.’
WineDavid, could you clarify (since I’m just trying to put logic around the very illogical booze shipping regulations).

what do you suppose is the punishment for buying these if you do, indeed, need to be over 21?
They are quite good. A nice chocolate smell and a pretty good chocolate taste (but I am very spoiled as we have three top-notch chocolate shops here).
I’ve never had port before, so I don’t have much frame of reference there, but it was quite tasty (but it is very liquid, so some care in eating is needed) and goes quite well with the chocolate. There might be a shot glass worth of port in all 9.
Dear under 21 wooters: these won’t get you drunk… maybe so if they were filled with everclear making them taste horrible. I bet all these drained out don’t fill a class full. I’m in for a set I bet they taste good.

I do believe I may go finish off the box.

So lucky! Well…I bought 2 and took advantage of the flat $5.00 shipping. Great boxes to have on hand for last minute gifts for Christmas parties, open houses, etc. I intend to save a couple boxes for New Year’s Eve…but it might be tough! Thanks for a nice wine.woot!

Should be good to go. No state or age restrictions. Let me know if ordering says otherwise.
