I bought 2 Xbox gamepass codes in Feb. When i tried to redeem them they siad I was in the wrong region.
I checked with Microsoft. Nope.
Reached out to customer service asked for new codes. They asked for proof. I complied. They came back and said “go pound sand, no refund”. But all I asked for are working codes.
What gives? That is some terrible customer service, to be honest. Going to file BBB complaints and state consumer fraud complaints. Shouldn’t be this hard to get what I paid for. Though, TBH, the consumer fraud claim would pay out triple what I paid, so maybe I’ll end up making out better.
