YORK Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties

So… Over half the patties in my bag are smashed and sticking to the wrapper. No idea if this happened pre-Woot or post-Woot but regardless it did not occur after receipt.
I went through the CS link but the only choice it gives is return. No opportunity to discuss this with a rep. So here I am posting in the forums with the hope that someone can comment on the best course of action or should I just go on with the return with the portion of the bag that is left?
