I understand that it “comes from the factory like this” but providing a backpack for the drone that doesn’t come with the actual foam inserts is just bizarre.
From the Yuneec website, it will cost you an additional $23.98 to pick up the required foam backpack inserts

False promises… I recently ordered this the first time it was offered. … I was stoked ! I received the item in the worst possible condition … it was missing the goggles , batter yet it was missing all the essential parts and bag… for 1k, this should have all its parts … they then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t replace the item as they didn’t
have any replacements and the said I had to buy another and then wait for a refund … yet HERE IT IS again, selling again … worst possible customer service ever … warning , do not buy this , they will lie and send you some half assed box that is damaged … and the refuse to replace it …

If you live within 5 miles of an airport (any airport), you will not be able to fly. The motors will not start. I can’t fly mine at my house because I live 2 miles from an airport. It is not a major airport, either. A single landing strip that’s used more for drag-racing than flying.
