Ztech Headphones (Your Choice)

I can’t get the sound to some out of both earbuds at once? It’s either one or the other. They are both paired. Very annoying. Also left the case on charge for almost 24 hours and never got a blue LED showing full charge. Just solid red

In the box:

Charging Case:

(2) Ztech Headphones
(1) USB Charging Cable
(1) Charging Case
(1) User Manual

Right Ear:

(1) Right Earpiece
(1) Charger
(1) Manual

It seems to me that if you buy the whole pair , you’ll get the charging case AND the charger .

If you buy just one piece you only get the charger.

They should put “Whole Pair” instead of “Charging case” as tittle.

Hey all. I tweaked the wording a bit to see if it would help distinguishing the two offers.

Ummmm-Seriously confused by my package. I thought I dropped one of the headphones on the floor. I did not expect to be only receiving one earbud. My order states earphones -plural. I’m majorly disappointed.

I’m one of those who ordered only one ear bud - right one so my left ear can focus on the world around me. But - I charged my little ear bud, but it won’t turn on. I’ve tried pushing the button once. Holding the button down. Pretending to toggle it. Nothing. Trying to pair to my phone and it’s not showing up in the list of Bluetooth devices so I know it’s really not turning on. What am I missing?

So I ordered these as soon as they were posted and chose the 2 earbud option. Because I like to listen to music while at the gym! But the issue I’m having is that it seems that you can only pair 1 earbud at a time. Is there a way to pair them both for the full music experience?

How about you just send me a right one that works since the right one for the set I bought doesn’t work?

HOLY COW THEY ARE HUGE : )

My wife looked at the charging case and started laughing and said ‘that looks like a travel deodorant’ case.

The first thing I did when I opened it up was break the hinge. Fortunately I fudged it back together I think.

I got these so that I could have a cheaper earphone while at the gym.

I worry that putting this thing in my ear will ruin my ear for my AirPod, like it won’t fit anymore. If I had those disks in my earslobes, I could prop these up inside for storage, spanning across the chasm.

By the way, did I mention THEY’RE ENORMOUS.

However, I finally have a set of oversized in-ear wireless buds that go perfectly with my Hitatchi G1000 from 2003.

Annnnd… I can only get one to pair at a time. I’m going to re-read the instructions a few times and try to piece together what it’s trying to tell me.

I’m not unhappy yet, just amused and THAT’S NO MOON it’s just my left Ztech headphone earbud.

Seriously, they are comically big.

Same. Both ears pair with my iPhone but as two separate Bluetooth devices with the same name. You have pick one or there other. I can find now way to get sound to come out of both ears at the same time. Dumbfounding.

Yes, they are huge. Everyone in my family gasped when I opened the case.

However, I will say that sitting still on my couch and short walks around the house, they’re not falling out yet.

Sound quality seems lame so far, but I am reserving judgement until I get past the fact that only one ear is playing. If I can figure out how to get both ears to play music at the same time, then I will reevaluate. However, I hear absolutely no bass.

Hi there. Based on your posts that both ear pieces weren’t working, we contacted the vendor. Seems that they didn’t tell us that they were selling two individual ear pieces, not a pair that would work together.

Needless to say, our jaw hit the floor. We’re working on a resolution with the vendor and CS.

You should be seeing an email soonish.

Wait… are you from woot? Is this a known problem? I was going to contact woot customer service about this to get a refund

Why are more people not commenting on the size of these things? It’s like trying to stick a tootsie pop in your ear!

Anyone know the code to enter to connect these to a computer? My macbook discovers them, but then won’t connect because I need to enter a code.

Yeah I can only get one to work at a time. Pretty frustrating.

Only my left earpod works. Turns out they pair separately? Has anyone been able to get them both to work?

My right pod wont charge and releases static in my ear and says battery low and quits working.

I’m ok just having one earpod but would like to have two!!

Yep, I’m an employee.

We working on an email to all customers now. Just hang tight.

Needless to say, we were surprised too. :\

I got the stereo feature to work, btw. The steps are in the instructions, but here’s what I did:

  1. Hold down the button on both headphones until they start blinking

  2. Hold down the button on the left headphone until it pairs to the right. It took me a couple tries to get this, but it will say “Connected” when it does.

  3. Now pair the right headphone to your phone or computer.

After you do this, you shouldn’t have to do it again. Both of mine say connected when I turn them on around my phone.

That being said, there are other issues with the set as noted in this thread, but you can get the stereo feature to work.

The pair I got shows up as a single bluetooth device and absolutely works in stereo. Maybe some folks didn’t follow the directions.

That said, they are huge and aren’t comfortable in my ears.

Also there is an audio delay of almost a full second which makes watching video with these things impossible.

Thank you for being proactive with the refund.
I just got them today and when I took them out of the little case, the silver part stayed in and pulled the wires out of the earbuds. I managed to get them back together but they are huge and will never fit in my daughter’s ears.
Stuff happens. Thanks for having our backs Woot.
