I ordered this on 2 separate occasions, and BOTH times the vendor shipped the wrong item. I even messaged Woot after placing the 2nd order asking them to ensure the vendor sends the correct item!
Instead of double sided (with scrubbing side) blue sponges in 4 packs (for a total of 196), they sent tri-colored 3-packs without scrubbing side (total of only 144).
Woot really needs to make sure vendors ship the right items or black list them.
Very sorry about that. I’ve sent a note to our team to look into this with the vendor.
In the meantime, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
