I bought one of the Vizio sound bars a couple of months ago and it was pretty good except for one flaw: There is no way to independently adjust the volume of the sub-woofer as it was just too darn loud. After playing around with the equalizer settings, I gave up and did some minor surgery on it and installed a potentiometer on it to give me at lease an analog form of volume control. Sheesh!

I have this in a small (~12x12) diy theater and it is perfect. The bass and subwoofer levels are independently adjustable via the Android app (as are the treble and other channels). Best of all is the night mode that easily toggles the rumble.

I bought this same setup a few months back. I like it. Definitely brings a much better sound than the TV speakers. Subwoofer does not have an independent volume control, but you can use the soundbar with the sub off, if you want less bass. The Soundbar has plenty of bass in it as well.
Music won’t play from the rear speakers when I use my phone’s bluetooth to stream. I knew that before I bought this though.
