Several issues I see with this, aside from owning a used, mid-80’s General Motors car, where the previous owner was a smoker and I had to deal with the sagging headliner…
in most of the pictures this is taking place just below a sunroof. Why have a sunroof if you’re going to obstruct it with a hanging net full of crap you likely won’t use near often as much as the sunroof itself???
and imagine opening the sunroof and all your stuff goes flying out

It was fine! Head gaskets are cheap and no one in the 80’s cared about exhaust fumes.
And do you really think the was much difference between gm and Ford? Ppppppppppffffffft.
Open the sunroof and this cargo net doubles as a portable trampoline for the kids! 
My 8th grade science teacher had a truck built mostly from a mix of Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and Whirlpool parts. No one knew for sure what it had started out as, but it was driven by a guy who clipped his toenails in class.
Let’s just not talk about the 80s anymore.
