Please confirm that there is still composite material (cardboard) on the drawer bottoms. Our two units ended up in the landfill for that exact reason.
The cardboard bottoms bowed down under modest weight and fell out. That is because the drawer bottoms slide into grooves on the inside of the drawers and wood would have made all the difference.
The chance of the bottoms falling out increases if you do not assemble the units very tightly.
Again with these awful carts?
Very hard to assemble, bad components, cheap quality… The poison ivy of Woot products.
Per the vendor: Drawer bottoms and backs are made of Hardboard.
I understood what radi0j0hn said with what was explained. So I too am also a bit concerned myself if making the purchase.
Could you please find out per vendor: What is Hardboard? Is that like Dry Cardboard? With Weight or when wet becomes Graham Crackers and Milk like?
Per the Vendor: What is Hardboard? What exactly does Hardboard mean? What are the Specs for Drawers dimensions (Sizes)? Allowed Weight Capacity before it (Collapses/Fails) falling through as explained by radi0j0hn etc. ?
