I know it’s not related to the *Altec Lansing inMotion Classic Portable Dock for iPhone & iPod *, but I’d like to use my super speed to give a BIG Thank You! to woot and tobring some attention to how awesome woot is!
(Please keep the forum discussion on the product though, any comments about my forum post should be posted in my thread. I don’t want to Hijack this thread about the *Altec Lansing inMotion Classic Portable Dock for iPhone & iPod *) Thanks again woot!
Amazon Link - $50 off! Not a bad deal! I’d like to bring up that it IS prime so if you have one of those fancy memberships and HAVE to get this by Christmas you still can with prime.
Also Woot always gives good deals on Altec Lansing Products. I mean last Woot Off along there were 5 things, lol.
I’m just not seeing any reason to drop a hundo on this sort of item. Where does this fit in? Plug your ipod into quality speakers in the living room, or wherever you have real speakers set up (porch etc) , or bring a rocketfish wireless set to the random place you would rather be? I just don’t see it…
anyone have any experience with these? i’ve bought some low-end ipod speakers I have regreted before…

The non-battery model for $69 got pretty good reviews last month when they had it here. I almost pulled the trigger, but wanted something portable. Now, 30 days later and $30 more and I got my wish. Now, how do I hint to the wife?
I cannot find any solid reviews. Watch out, this seems to be and OLD product. In Altec Lansing product page you will NOT find this unit. Instead you will see the M650.
Im looking for one of these, but seems pricey. I would rather get something better or cheaper, such as an iLive soundbar.
I’ve had bad luck with Altec Lansing. The computer speakers I had would hiss if I wasn’t playing any audio through them. Finally had to get rid of them because I was tired of having to turn them off when I wasn’t listening to audio.
