Do not buy they are used or refurbished. Mine came today with packaging, no wall mount, etc. They threw it in a box and shipped it. Not sure how many times it was returned but there are at least 4 shipping labels on the box.
The description does say “Condition Like-New, Open Box” and there’s no wall mount included, it includes the kit to wall mount it which are 2 screws and anchors, if those didn’t come in I’d contact customer service.

Mine was missing the wall mount hardware too, and I think it was also supposed to come with an hdmi cable (“connect the included HDMI cable to your TVs eARC/ARC port”). Not going to go through the hassle of returning it though, just going to put it in a shelf.
You should still let Customer Service know because they track issues like that.
Crap product. Not great quality. It will unmute itself. Slow to increase / decrease volume. Do not buy.

Very good product and works and sounds really well. Bought it when it was about $65, got it connected to our fire stick. My parents really love how good the sound is compared to the tv’s speaker.
I bought this, and have been very happy with it for 50 bucks. Nice and loud, good sound, easy hookup, and it works with my fire TV remote. Perfect.
Mine looks new. Came with wall mount, remote, HDMI cable, and the power cable. Very happy.
