Another "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Code" redeemed by someone else

Same problem as others.
I’ve stocked up on codes during 2024 when they had sales.
Finally went to redeem them, and all of my orders are marked as “redeemed by someone else”.

I’ve bought a total of 12 months worth of codes (4x 3 months sub) and spent $137, so this is pretty painful.

Any tips for getting this fixed?
