Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Code "Redeemed"

I purchased a 3-month code off of W00t back in July. My original gamepass sub was set to expire in October. I usually snag a code for cheap when the opportunity arises. I’ll often hold off on renewing if there isn’t anything I’m looking to immediately plan on gamepass.

Anyway, my point is, I went to redeem yesterday and I got a message saying the code had already been redeemed. I sent an email to support via “contact us” and am still waiting for a response. I did see another user had the same problem:

Has anyone gotten a resolution, refund, or a replacement code from woot? All I really want is a working code.

I received a message from customer support just now with the following:

We’re sorry, but it has been more than [90] days since you purchased the product, which means that the window on our 30-day return policy has closed.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer’s warranty has expired as well. -

I sent a replying explaining this was a subscription code that has been previously redeemed prior to me, it shouldn’t expire, etc etc.
