Same as others have mentioned recently. I purchased a game pass ultimate 3 month code back in July and tried to activate when my game pass expired and it states that it was already activated.
I reached out to support, but I’ve seen other people on the forum not get any help with this issue through support.
Anything else that I can do to get this fixed?
No chance they help. Woot sold me a code that I couldn’t even redeem in my region (the U.S.). Then they said I was outside of the 90-day window, when I reached out to them earlier this week and my codes arrived 11/14/24 (so ~85 days). The response has been abhorrent. Please do not fall into this trap like many people have already. Just buy them off third party websites, which amazingly have much better customer service.

Thanks for the response. I kind of figured. I saw one or two others get it fixed but only because staff seemingly pushed the issue. It’s a shame. I’ve been using woot for years and thought theyd be trustworthy with this, but seems that times have changed.
