I purchased 4 3-month Xbox Gamepass Ultimate codes in December and only recently was able to attempt to redeem them. None of them work and when trying to redeem at the Microsoft site it says- “You are trying to purchase from an incorrect region.”
I emailed customer service but was told that because its been more than 90 days that I couldn’t get a refund. I’ve seen others with the same issue and am hoping to get some help here.
