Can't redeem 3-month Game Pass Ultimate Codes

Can someone help me? The customer service representative I’m dealing with has no idea what they’re doing. I purchased four 3-month game pass ultimate codes back in November 2024. I just tried to use them this month, April 2025, and it’s giving me this error:

“This code can’t be redeemed. It was purchased in a different region from your account.”

I was in California, USA when I purchased these codes from Woot and my Xbox account is based in USA. :head_shaking_horizontally:

I just want these codes replaced or a refund.
