Xbox game pass codes discovered to be "redeemed"

It is slightly over 3 months after purchase when I wanted to use my gamepass codes. Customer service said “30 days” and then ignored my request for an exception. In these forums there is Woot staff saying this was a known problem, and they were dealing with it. Codes are not physical returns so are a different kind of purchase, and no instructions were provided to check my codes for a known issue. My gamepass subscription wasn’t ready to accept codes, so I didn’t have any idea I was taking a risk that Woot sent bad codes. (And no, my account wasn’t suddenly hacked. I purchased more perfectly good codes on Prime day thinking the previous codes were totally fine.)

If Woot will not, or cannot, provide customer service (I really just want working codes more than a refund), if I initiate a totally valid credit card chargeback, is Woot going to have a hissy fit and block my account or some other passive aggressive response?
