May I get a confirmation if this is third-party refurbished or apple?
@Wooter368646191 These units are refurbished by Apple! Thank you!
Are these eligible AppleCare+ warranty after purchase?
Same question on applecare+ ??
Does that mean the battery is new? Apple replaces batteries when refurbishing according to their website.
Hi there. Per the vendor:
- these are eligible for Apple Care and 2) do have new batteries.
Just got mine from Woot. other than it coming in a white box instead of full color box, it’s new. not a mark on it, brand new accessories, and battery (cycle count 2) - and I was able to add apple care without issue.
Thank you for the update, how long did it take to ship ? Mine shows May 4th as estimated delivery. I ordered on April 21 @Slvrscoobie
Ordered mine 4/20 but it shipped fast and scheduled to be here 4/24 due to weekend.
Does Woot’s 30 day return policy apply for the laptop?
Can it be returned even if the package is opened?
Do buyers pay return shipping fees or restocking fees?
Thank you, for the update.
Howdy. Here’s our return policy:
I ordered mine the 19th and said May 1-2 delivery, but it showed up UPS on the 21st.
in case anyone was curious, it was in a Certified Apple Refurbished box Imgur: The magic of the Internet
I see there’s a return shipping fee for items returned without any damage or issue, but what about a restocking fee?
As long as you don’t abuse our kindness, we provide a prepaid label within the US and do not charge a restocking fee.
I ordered this Macbook and got a confirmation of the sale but haven’t gotten any information about the expected shipping time or delivery. Is there some way to get this info?
All that information should be in your confirmation email. The units in this sale have a:
Shipping: Standard - Estimated delivery May 3 - May 5
You should also see it in your order history.
