My order came today. Just a heads up my keyboard came broken. hitting a key types 2 letters for the qwerty and asdfg rows. Also a small amount of damage to the keyboard, but nothing bad. Issued a support email for the broken keyboard.
The mouse so far seems to be working correctly.
You should reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Thanks, I did reach out via the support email on the issue. Just was letting others know who might be looking at this item. I didn’t know I should ask for a replacement, so I will have to wait for the first email response to request one. Pretty sure these use lithium-ion so I will wait to see what the next steps are.

Is there anyway you can check the status of this request? I emailed back to their response on 12/4 and still have not heard anything back. I can’t use my computer without a keyboard and sort of need to know if I should be shopping around for a different one or if it’s going to get replaced. Thanks!
