Do not buy an Apple Watch from woot. I just got my S&D order and I can’t even set it up because Woot didn’t bother to check that the previous owner is still signed on to it with their Apple ID and I can’t even set it up to use. Still waiting on woot to give me a full refund. So disappointed.

There is a phone line, but it’s only available when somebody is available, and I believe that the service has been having issues.

It’ll be OK. I promise. Because there’s a battery involved it complicates things a little bit, but that’s on Woot’s end. They’ll send you a label you can stick on the box and drop it off. It typically takes about 24 hours.
i received my s&d apple watch in the mail today and the item was correct. i expected scratches but luckily they are on the top and bottom of the screen and don’t affect the display. there’s one area of the aluminum that looks scratched but i do pool maintenance and ice rink stuff. i was nervous after several neg reviews but maybe i got lucky.
Just got the watch I ordered. It has massive gauges all over the screen. I was expecting some wear and tear but this is pretty absurd… it also took almost 12 days to even get it. Not worth it in my opinion, spend a little more to get better quality. I’ll be returning.

Update: The digital crown on ours does not work at all, sending back. Requested return last night, haven’t heard from Woot yet but I have had very few issues with returns in the past.
Just received ours (for the wife) today (series 4, 40 mm, rose gold).
There are a couple of pretty large screen gouges and one small scrape in the case close to the edge of the screen. I’m going to see if a tempered glass screen protector will lesson the more obvious screen gouges and the case scratch is not too bad because it’s on the radius.
The battery was low enough that it needed around 7 minutes on the charger before it would boot up.
Ultimately it will be her decision but I’m thinking it needs to go back.
On a good note, this wasn’t supposed to be here till next week but arrived very quickly. WOOOHOOO WOOT!!
