i bought the galaxy tab s9 ultra off of woot but have not received any update on the shipping status and it has been almost 2 weeks now. I have no tracking number and customer support will not answer my emails and they say they have a number to call but i was just put in a loop of waiting for 40 minutes until the hold songs loop ran out and the phone call just went silent. the package was suppose to be delivered on the 16th of November but the status of the package still says preparing to be shipped like it has since i first bought it
Is the email address listed in your Woot account the same as the one on your Prime account?
