But its best use, for which it is perfect and ideal, is to make Marcella Hazan’s “Diplomatico” chocolate, rum & coffee cake. Sometimes I miss Robusta. All my coffee is Arabica, and I can’t seem to find unroasted Robusta to order online. The bitterness was nice when mixed with flavorings and dairy.
