This is the Dellā€™s main competitor: Panasonic Toughbooks. But the Latitude is a bit more modern i.e. better specs.

I wouldnā€™t mind one to glue to my dashboard just so tailgaters or aggressive CDL idiots think Iā€™m an undercover police car. Plus with the USB access and certain apps, you could use it for GPS.

I ordered two of these, but was only shipped one of themā€¦ did this happen to anyone else? Iā€™ve had a helluva time with support because they keep trying to get me to contact UPS for a refund on the claimā€¦ but UPS delivered the package they were givenā€¦ the package just only had one computer instead of twoā€¦

Wondering if anyone else had the same issue since it was fulfilled from the same location, and if anyone ordered 2x, could you post a photo of your box? Not sure what to do besides a chargeback since iā€™m making no headway with support.

Itā€™s standard practice in these cases to ask you to file a claim with the delivery company and/or provide photos. Please keep working with our customer service.

Since sending them the images of the box and some item weights, I never heard anything back, what is the timeline normally for that process?
