I’ve yet to have any “hot” sauce. So far, all I’ve had has been “mild” sauce. I would LOVE some HOT sauce!

You know we Indians don’t use sauces but use natural chillies or chilli powder to make our food taste better and savory.

I remember going out for ribs with a friend who always got the hottest sauce they had, and I always got the medium. He harassed me every time until I finally got the hottest sauce, and ate the entire rack. After I said “see, I can do it, but I didn’t taste any of that, it was pure heat. I’m going back to medium next time.”

I love spicy. I once grew ghost peppers in my living and the following year I created a hybrid jalapeno that looked like it was milk chocolate. A year later I grew jalapeños that had the heat of a habanero. My dad, brother and his sons as well as my son love spicy and my son makes his own hot sauce
