Sticker Shock.
Unfortunately no manufacturer warranty and only 90 days from woot. Losing the lifetime warranty not worth it.

I had a Queen Premier Rest (One Level Up) for about 2 years. It absolutely killed my back and shoulders. I should have returned it during the 1 year trial but I did not.
I did reach out to them, after the 1 year trial and told them about my issues with the mattress. Before the 1 year mark, they could not have been nicer. Afterwards, it was a complete shift in customer service: rude, dismissive, and closing chats basically as soon as they were opened.
