Vacuum Cleaner Advisor review.

I love my Dyson and think it is well wroth the money spent. Bout mine over a year ago aand works great!

highly recommend this brand. The balls makes turning and maneuvering very easy/

My… She’s pretty!

Seriously, what makes this worth such a huge chunk of change?

Whoah! What?! A Dyson vac on Woot?

Thats what she said…

The average cost of the items available today on the 6 woots (woot, home, kids, shirt, sellout, and wine) not counting shipping is $111.33 …

Why does woot think I’m made out of money?

it would be epic if Mike Tyson was the spokesman.

According to Consumer Reports, the ball is mostly a gimmick. They found that many cheaper vacuums using conventional casters and wheels were just as maneuverable, and often better performers.

Here we have a vacuum cleaner that does not REQUIRE a filter but, nevertheless, HAS one. At least the filter is WASHABLE. WOOT!

Wait, you can be MADE of money? HOW DO YOU BREATHE?!

According to Dyson, the ball serves two purposes. It supposedly gives more freedom of movement but Consumer Reports has said that while it works, it’s no better than some of their top rated non-ball vacuums. Dyson also claims that because the ball also houses the vacuum’s components, there is a lower center of gravity which makes it more stable.

Bah, i was saving up for a canister vac, not the ball vac.

There are many rumors around the Internet that some carpet manufacturers void the warranty if you use a Dyson. Apparently, the beater bar is deemed too rough on the fibers. Despite the rumors, and the many testimonials from self-described carpet technicians, only one manufacturer specifically names Dyson as a violation to their warranty.
